If you are a typical Italian ("typical" meaning you are 1st or 2nd generation Italian) The menu for the week is quite simple.
Sticking to my families tradition. Every Sunday, everybody gets together to eat, talk, laugh, and mabe have an occasional first fight.
But most of all to love life.
30 years later I noticied that every Sunday we ate the same thing. Every Sunday we are going to recreate that meal for your family, with big bowls in the middle of the table, a jug of homemade wine (byob) & nice Italian music.
Our heritage is a vital part of who we are, I hope you enjoy the foods I grew up with, as much as i have.
